A box of old film slide holders.
A cute vinyl bag.
With a small default.
And a set of Alice in Wonderland inspired note cards.
What to do?
Wallpaper my room with slides? Write really short letters to five friends? Go crazy with the super glue?
Quite the predicament to have at 1:30am.

Welcome to the first day of spring in Chicago....
Yepe. Snow. And we were doing so well this week.
Odd angle of my new wee room. It's green!!
Three bedrooms. Four people. And FIVE cats. But only Nancy sits still long enough(and is my unofficial room protector while I'm away) to have her picture taken.
And remember, that one time I crocheted a blanket? Definitely came in handy today. Yeah bad webcam shot!
The pattern was the TV Blanket in the Happy Hooker but since I used scrap yarn it's more of a hodge podge rainbow broken TV blanket.

moving on up

No, I have not updated in forever.
But I do have a good reason.
WE MOVED! Back to the city. And have been without internet for two weeks so I'm finally back on and will post pics of the awesome new apartment once it looks like people live here.

case of the mondays

What? Two posts in two days? The world must be turning backwards this week.
Which may be a good thing cause then I may collect some good luck(or at least shiny stars like Mario that I can use later).
Finished The Light Fantastic. Funny story. I finished it while temping at my mom's work today. Funny cause I got paid to wait around for them to tell me they didn't really need me today. Quality alone reading time. If I had to wait any longer I would have whipped out the knitting needles.
I also drew this.
And how cool is this?!? I'd work in an office if this was how I stored my work.
