tonight, we swatch

I can wrap this scarf around my neck three times and it'll still be long on me. Maybe I'm short. Maybe I should stop being so impatient and actually swatch before making up vertically striped scarves as I go along.

Yes, it's being modeled on a cat tree...
I wish it wasn't so hot out then I could take proper pictures of things and you could see how ridiculously long this scarf really is.
My roommate Cheryl's cat Wallace claiming it as his own, like he does most things with tassels.
Pretty sure scarves and blankets is how I'll be solving my bins full of scrap yarn this fall and winter.
